Role Models – Andre De Grasse

Andre De Grasse is a famous Canadian sprinter, and he is also a six-time Olympic gold medalist. In the Tokyo 2021 Olympics, De Grasse won a gold medal in the 200-metre sprint. He also came in 3rd place in both the 100-meter sprint and the 4×100 meter relay race.

His gold medal was the first Canadian gold for the 200-metre race in 93 years.

We normally feature female role models but this time we’ve made an exception as one of our Tween Holiday Crew (Editor – Anton) met De Grasse in person at the Müller British Grand Prix 2019 and was really inspired by him.
